Summary

Every year we carry out a centre customer survey to assist us in keeping our standards high and fulfilling our centres expectations. We are delighted with the results which are displayed below.

  • 100% rated OAL’s customer service as excellent
  • 100% strongly agreed or agreed that the OAL Centre Portal is easy to use
  • 100% strongly agreed that OAL quickly resolves any problems
  • 100% strongly agreed or agreed that the OAL Certification process is easy to understand and follow
  • 100% strongly agreed that OAL processes registration and certifications timely
  • 100% would recommend OAL to others
  • 100% agreed that OAL provides appropriate levels of support and expertise in all areas

Some comments we liked:

  • All requests are dealt with promptly, mostly same day but never more than 24 hours.
  • Great deal of knowledge for the sectors we operate.
  • Out of all the AO’s we use OAL is the most efficient. This is one of the reasons we moved to OAL.  Great service provided.
