Lee joined Occupational Awards Limited in April 2018 to lead on all areas of customer support and business development. His mission is to ensure that all OAL customers old and new continue to receive the best possible levels of quality and service.

Lee has worked in customer focussed roles for over 20 years and with over 15 years’ experience in the skills, qualifications and training sectors has a commitment to lifelong learning for all. Lee is a qualified teacher, assessor and IQA who has worked in range of occupations across the adult education sector from; assessment and quality assurance, at a range of training providers, running the public sector skills brokerage for the Yorkshire and Humber region, to time spent with City & Guilds and most recently as part of the leadership team at the National Skills Academy for Food & Drink. With an educational background ranging from a customer service apprenticeship to a Masters in Management & Leadership, Lee has first-hand experience of delivery but also as a learner across the scope of adult education.

Lee has been recruited by OAL to help the business maintain the exceptionally high levels of customer service and quality levels, that we are known for, throughout our continued growth and to influence and shape the strategic direction of the business.
