Yvette joined the team as Development Manager in October 2017. Well-known and well-respected in the sector we are sure her appointment will be a popular one with customers.
The focus of Yvette’s role is on providing OAL customers with the specialist support they need from OAL as an awarding organisation and apprentice assessment organisation, as they transition into the new world of learning and development.
Drawing on her extensive experience of the sector and her understanding of our customers, Yvette is to be heavily involved in developing and shaping product, process, service and materials. Yvette will be vital to building the business, ensuring OAL is unrivalled in the sectors in which we operate.
She joins us with a strong background in food and drink qualifications and assessment; coming directly from FDQ, where she held the roles of Operations Manager and External Quality Assurance Consultant for several years. Prior to this she worked within various school settings in a delivery capacity.
