About our HACCP qualifications.

These qualifications are designed for food handlers and supervisors who are already working in, or preparing to work in food manufacturing or in food supply chain operative, supervisory or management roles.

OAL Level 2 Award in HACCP-based Food Safety Management Systems – 603/1116/2

This qualification is designed to develop and assess knowledge and understanding of HACCP-based food safety systems. It is critical that those involved in the handling of food in manufacturing, catering, retail or warehousing and logistics environments have the necessary understanding of HACCP systems to ensure that consumers have confidence in the safety of food for public sale and consumption.

OAL Level 3 Award in HACCP Management – 603/1436/9

This qualification is designed to develop and assess knowledge and understanding of HACCP supervisory management. It is critical that those involved in the supervision of HACCP in manufacturing, catering, retail or warehousing and logistics have the necessary understanding to ensure that consumers have confidence in the safety of food for public sale and consumption. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is a management system that helps business operators look at how they handle food and introduces procedures to make sure the food produced is safe to eat.
