OAL in the food and drink sector
Food and drink businesses represent a significant community who prioritise skills and workforce talent as the main driver of productivity, growth and commercial success. We have been at the heart of working with the industry to develop relevant qualifications and apprenticeship end point assessment to support them in achieving their objectives.
We continue to work collaboratively with the industry and by working in partnership puts us at the forefront of the skills agenda.
In food and drink we offer: Butcher and Advanced Butcher in all three routeways (Retail, Process and In-Store), Baker and Advanced Baker in all three routeways (Craft, In-Store and Automated), Advanced Dairy Technologist, Fishmonger, Food and Drink Process Operator, and Advanced Food and Drink Process Operator, Food Technologist and Food and Drink Maintenance Engineer (FDEM).

Food and drink qualifications
The OAL portfolio includes a broad range of industry qualifications from FME to food technology. Our in-house development team is constantly growing this portfolio to meet the people development needs of the food and drink industry.
