Following feedback from our customers, we are currently working to improve our booking form that you can access via OAL online. In our June release you will notice that we have removed the end date, this will avoid customers duplicating the same date moving forward so it will just have a start date. Please see the example above.

In addition to this our ‘Change of Circumstances’ form is now for ‘Change of Apprentice details’ such as name changes, personal details etc. ‘Break in Assessment Form’ – Is now for any breaks in Endpoint Assessment for illness etc. All of which can be found on the document library via the OAL Portal.
