Before you can say the letters E-P-A, another school holiday has flown by, but don’t worry, as we have another bank holiday in our sights! Equally as refreshing, our newsletter is here to update you on all the latest OAL info! 

We have new declaration forms for all our standards following the end of the COvid-19 adaptations. We would also like to remind you how important it is to ensure site details are correct on our portal, and to please use smart days to check the availability of assessors when booking EPA. In more exiting news, the deadline for the West Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards has been extended to Friday, and we’re also bringing our most popular webinars back, starting with EPA Process’ in June!
Many of our standards have had a revised Gateway Declaration form produced which are now accessible via the Product Library. Please ensure you are using the latest Gateway Declaration Form. Older versions will not be accepted and Gateway will be rejected. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Our Head of End-point Assessment Phil Clough, will be running a regular online session starting on the 28th June from 10am-12pm with hints and tips about End-point Assessment processes and how to support Apprentices through their EPA journey. The session will also give useful details to providers to be aware of throughout the EPA period.

Deadline Extended! Submissions now close Friday April 29th, (we know that only leaves you 24hrs) but we encourage all of you to consider applying to at least one of the twelve categories on offer. We know first hand that many of you are excellent candidates and we have already seen so many of our partners receive recognition for their efforts this year!
