I have just gone into gateway or am about to go into gateway having completed all of my learning, what happens to me?

OAL are working closely with the Department for Education to ensure funds are being reserved to pay for your EPA so that you will be able to continue with and complete your apprenticeship. There may be a slight delay whilst things are put in place but rest assured, we are working hard to ensure your EPA can go ahead. My EPA was booked but has just been cancelled, due to Lead going out of business, what happens to me?

OAL are working closely with the Department for Education to ensure funds are being reserved to pay for your EPA so that you will be able to continue with and complete your apprenticeship. Although your initial EPA has been cancelled once we have worked out a plan with the Department for Education we will contact your employer to re-schedule and book in your assessments. Please click this link and enter your employer’s details including your manager or learning and development manager’s email and phone number so that we can contact your employer, when everything is ready, to book you in for EPA.

I have completed my EPA and am waiting for my results, what happens to my results and my certificate?

Ordinarily results would be issued through the training provider so we will need alternative contact details for your employer to issue results and will also need to know where to instruct the Institute for Apprenticeships (IfATE) as to where to send your certificate. Please click this link and enter your employer’s details including your manager or learning and development manager’s email and phone number so that we are able to issue your results to your employer and arrange delivery of your certificate. If you failed any component of your EPA, we will work with your employer to schedule a re-sit.
