Our end-point assessment services for the business administrator apprenticeship standard are now live.

This apprenticeship has been designed by a range of employers to ensure that both new entrants and those interested in progressing a career in the sector have an opportunity to develop the right skills, knowledge and behaviours. This apprenticeship is a fantastic way of developing these skills whilst learning and gaining experience at work.

At the end of the programme apprentices will:

  • demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • adopt a proactive approach to developing skills
  • manage priorities and own time
  • people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others
  • use multiple it packages and system
  • produce accurate records and documents.

OAL Level 3 Business Administrator End Point Assessment

The end point assessment consists of three elements, all of which may be completed online:

  • A knowledge test
  • A portfolio-based interview. You are required to submit a portfolio of learning they have completed during their learning programme before the assessment. This portfolio will form the structure of the interview. The portfolio itself is not marked.
  • A project presentation. You are requires to submit a project they have completed during their learning programme before the assessment. You are then required to deliver a presentation on the project content and findings.

To achieve final certification, you must have completed and achieved a minimum of a pass in each end-point assessment components.
