AoA is a national, not-for-profit membership organisation which helps apprentices to connect, learn and fulfil their potential. AoA Connect
AoA Connect is a bespoke social and professional networking platform that allows you to unite with peers in a dedicated, inclusive virtual community. Here you can chat, discuss, and gain insight from apprentices across the country on the same programme, in the same industry, in the same region or in any group of interest to you. AoA Connect is available at your fingertips as an app to ensure that you always have real-time access.
AoA Learn
AoA Learn gives apprentice members access to 1000s of resources to support their work and life skills development. Here you can identify your abilities, strengths and any development areas and receive personalised content to help you maximise your potential. Need to know how to receive feedback positively, prepare for your EPA, or find out about the Data Protection Act? This could count towards your off-the-job learning too.
About to complete your apprenticeship?
Our corporate membership covers apprentices who have completed their programmes as well as those still on programme, so you can retain your AoA membership for free once your apprenticeship is finished. As an Alumnus member, you can continue building your social and professional network and benefit from continuing professional and personal development – whether that’s becoming a mentor to a current apprentice or accessing the AoA’s learning tools for on-going development.
