This week OAL will be releasing tasters of the video interviews we carried out with some leading figures from employers and providers who are helping to #BuildtheFuture, through their innovative and inspiring commitment and approach to apprenticeships in their businesses.
The first short video taster is with Sharon Blyfield OBE. Sharon is the Head of Early Careers at Coca- Cola Europacific Partners Ltd. Sharon is highly regarded in the world of apprenticeships and early careers, is a member of the judging panel for the annual apprenticeship awards and is a multi-award winner herself including being named Apprentice Champion of the Year in the 2021 (National Apprenticeship Awards), named Forward Ladies 2021 Corporate Leader Award and most notably was awarded an OBE in the New Years Honours list for her services to apprenticeships.
As well as Sharon’s interview, we will be sharing insights from the likes of Jill Coyle (Nestle), Cian Short (Bakkavor), Danni Leggatt (Karro) and Andy Rayner (Travis Perkins), Louise Cairns (NSAFD) and Sally Garner-Gibbons (Chichester College) throughout the week.
